Multi-award winning chef, Lefteris Lazarou is best known for his culinary mastery of seafood dishes, being the first Chef to be awarded a Michelin star for Greek cuisine in 2002, an award which he maintains to this day. His pioneering creations with lesser-known fish have resulted in many modern-day classics and has firmly established fish and seafood’s rightful place in fine-dining.
